The product has a direct flow sensor to detect leakages, valve and flow restrictor to ensure stable flow, and a wireless smart card technology for revenue collection. From Grundfos AQtap literature: The wetted parts are approved for drinking water by the Water Regulatory Advisory Scheme (WRAS). The GSM communication module is approved by the respective National Telecommunication Authorities. In addition, the AQtap dispenser must be used with water complying with WHO drinking water standards and technical data.
