Product Description

The fruit processing plant is a mobile/static or skid mounted kit of fruit processing equipment accessible across the world and mounted on a heavy goods vehicle for local transportation. It includes detachable machines for crushing, pressing, and filling a tank with juices after following the processing steps. Some of the machines can be carried out over a long distance where the fruits are harvested to be processed and are, then, quickly pasteurized for use. Alvan Blanch and their partners design, manufacture, and distribute the product in the world.

Design Specifications

The fruit juice processing plant can work with a generator or electricity. It has a water purification system including a fruit machine, a dilution, and wash down components. The mill mounted on the whole system mashes vegetables and hard fruit before pressing. The product obtained after mashing goes to press. The product has a component called the pulper siever that is mainly used for mangoes, pineapples, tomatoes, and all non-pressing fruits before they are moved into the blending tanks. The juice is directed to the pasteurization room for treatment to preserve its quality. This process involves heating it to a high temperature (85°C) for a short period of time to destroy any bacteria and any unwanted micro-organisms.

Technical Support

Alvan Blanch has many engineers in the UK and across Africa traveling to clients worldwide for technical support when needed. They provide engineering services to help the customer through their local sales representatives.
