Metal drum washing stations are repurposed metal drums fitted with a sink and faucet. A hose connects water to the faucet and used water and soap waste is collected in the drum water flow is controlled by a pedal at the bottom of the drum instead of a spigot, so users do not need to use their hands to operate it.
